Welcome to JourneyZens, the travel blog dedicated to knowledge, tips, tricks and advice for people who have an interest in travelling.

I’m Holly, early 20’s. I have travelled to quite a few places but I’m nowhere near done. This blog is for me to document where I have been and where I’ve yet to see.

I thought it would be good to share with everybody anything I’ve learned along the way. As a female solo traveller there’s a big stigma about it “not being safe”. I’m here to show you that’s incorrect if you plan and prepare.

Don’t get me wrong of course there is dangerous places in the world, nearly everywhere is. That shouldn’t stop us from seeing the world though.

I’m no expert but I’ve gained knowledge that I’d like to share.
